
About the Role
QuickLine Freight Transport is adding a detail-driven HR teammate to keep our people operations running smoothly. You’ll support recruiting, onboarding, records, and day-to-day employee requests—partnering with hiring managers and delivering a great candidate/employee experience.
Requirements
Post roles, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring steps
Run offer letters, background checks, I-9/E-Verify, and new-hire onboarding
Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS data; track changes and approvals
Support benefits enrollment, eligibility questions, and open enrollment logistics
Assist timekeeping/payroll teams with timesheet audits and corrections
Field HR inquiries, route issues, and support respectful, timely resolutions
Draft/update handbooks, SOPs, and HR templates; help with compliance reporting (EEO, ACA, etc.)
Track training/compliance completions and coordinate quarterly refreshers
Prepare simple HR metrics (headcount, openings, time-to-hire) for leadership
