You give us: contact details (name, company, role, email, phone), shipment and billing data (lanes, quotes, invoices, signatures), carrier onboarding items (MC/USDOT, COI, W-9/EIN, safety/insurance docs, equipment, remittance details), job-applicant materials, and messages/support content.

Automatic: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, timestamps, and general location from IP; we use cookies and similar tech for site operations and analytics (manage in your browser and our banner where offered).

From third parties: compliance/onboarding partners (authority, insurance, safety), analytics/advertising providers (aggregated metrics), and public/industry sources (e.g., carrier authority databases).
