
About the Role
QuickLine Freight Transport is hiring driven self-starters to grow with our brokerage team. This isn’t a basic sales gig—you’ll cultivate relationships, match freight with capacity, and own each move from tender to proof of delivery. No logistics background? No problem. We offer paid training with a three-month mentorship that covers sales fundamentals, transportation operations, and supply-chain workflows. In this role you’ll build a book of business through proactive outreach, close new and existing accounts, negotiate rates with shippers and carriers, monitor daily loads and solve issues fast, and keep communication clear and timely with customers, carriers, and teammates. Compensation & Benefits
Base pay starting at $35,000 plus commission with no cap

Full-time, on-site availability (work performed in 80% our office)
